The kits bring together the AI resources for one job and add them to assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot, with a learning path.
HONG KONG, HONG KONG, October 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Complete AI Training has launched AI kits, a format that packages the AI resources for one specific job into a single set that works inside general-purpose assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini and Grok. Kits are available for more than 500 occupations, from accountants and teachers to nurses, lawyers and HR managers.
Generative AI assistants are now widely available in the workplace, but many people still use them as a general chat window. The resources that make an assistant useful for a particular job, such as instructions for recurring tasks, links to work software and training, are spread across many separate libraries and marketplaces. The kits are designed to bring those pieces together for people without a technical background.
What a kit contains
Each kit is selected for one occupation from the company’s libraries of skills, prompts, AI agents, connectors and courses. A typical kit includes:
– Skills and prompts for the recurring tasks of the job
– AI agents that carry out multi-step tasks and ask the user for approval before important actions
– Connections (MCP servers) that let an assistant look up information in software the person already uses
– A list of AI apps relevant to the job, with notes on when each is useful
– A learning path of short video courses, each ending with a certificate
An accountant’s kit, for example, includes AI agents for cash application exceptions, revenue recognition evidence and year-end tax provisions, connections to software such as Xero and Box, 290 prompts, and a learning path of 10 courses.
How the kits are used
Visitors can type a job title on the website and see the full contents of a kit before signing up. Members then add the kit to their own assistant, most often as a plugin, following step-by-step instructions and short videos for each supported assistant. For job titles that are not yet covered, Complete AI Training assembles a kit for that job and sends it by email when it is ready.
After joining, members can answer a short set of questions about their own work, and a version of the kit is adjusted to their role. Kits are updated as new skills, agents and connectors are added to the libraries.
Learning alongside the tools
Each kit comes with a learning path in six stages, from setting up the assistant to handing recurring tasks to AI agents. Members can also connect an AI Coach, which provides job-specific news, suggestions and a certificate that is updated weekly based on the tasks people report doing with AI.
Availability
AI kits are available now at completeaitraining.com, in English. Access to all kits is included in a Complete AI Training membership, and a single job’s plugin can also be purchased separately.
