National Center for Falcons Unveils International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026

RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA, September 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Falcons has announced the main features of the International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026, which will be held from October 1 to 10 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of the Saudi capital.

Held under the theme “A Living Heritage… An Experience for All,” the exhibition is designed as an integrated Saudi destination bringing together heritage, adventure, entertainment and business, with a platform that starts in Riyadh and reaches an international audience.

The exhibition is among the largest specialized events of its kind globally. It will cover 197,000 square meters and feature a broad range of activities, programs and experiences tailored to different audiences and interests.

This year’s edition builds on the event’s continued growth since its launch. In 2025, the exhibition generated sales of more than SAR 91 million (USD 24.25 million) and attracted over 1,400 exhibitors and brands. For 2026, the exhibition area has expanded by around 30,000 square meters compared with the previous edition, reflecting growing public and commercial interest and a wider range of visitor experiences.

The exhibition will offer an integrated experience covering falconry, hunting, outdoor travel, adventure, heritage, culture and entertainment. Its features include Future Falconer, Shalayel Museum, sea fishing, hiking, safari and traditional hunting experiences, as well as shooting activities, off-roading, falcon calling, falcon, racing camel and camel auctions, workshops and folkloric performances.

The event targets a wide range of visitors, including falconers, specialists, hunting and outdoor enthusiasts, families, children and young people. It combines knowledge, entertainment, heritage and adventure, with content developed to suit the interests of each group.

Walid Al-Taweel, official spokesperson for the National Center for Falcons, said government support had contributed to preserving Saudi Arabia’s falconry heritage, raising its profile and developing related events.

He said the exhibition had continued to grow since its launch in 2018 in terms of visitor and participant numbers, total area, and the diversity of its content and experiences.

“For the 2026 edition, we are working to deliver an experience that reflects the exhibition’s continued growth,” Al-Taweel said. “The event brings together falconers, exhibitors, companies, families, young people, and hunting and outdoor enthusiasts, strengthening its position as an international, multi-experience destination that attracts visitors and participants from inside and outside the Kingdom.”

This year’s edition will also feature Qirnas, a live talk-show program running throughout the exhibition. The program will host experts and guests to discuss falconry, hunting, heritage and related topics, adding to the exhibition’s content and extending part of its experience to audiences beyond the venue.

The 2026 exhibition will focus on improving the visitor experience, upgrading content and services, and raising operational efficiency. It will also seek to expand partnerships and attract more exhibitors, brands, and local and international participants, supporting its social, economic and media impact.

The National Center for Falcons regulates and develops Saudi Arabia’s falconry sector, works to preserve its heritage and promote its sustainability, and organizes specialized exhibitions, events and auctions. It also supports research and studies, develops partnerships with relevant entities inside and outside the Kingdom, and represents Saudi Arabia regionally and internationally in its areas of specialization.
