Elm AI expands into Europe with a new London headquarters, supporting AI agent deployments across complex global supply chain workflows
NY, UNITED STATES, September 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Elm AI, a New York-based company that builds AI agents for supply chain teams, said it has opened a European headquarters in London to support customers across Europe.
The office, located in East London’s Tech City, will house the company’s European operations, including customer deployment, supply chain strategy and engineering.
Elm AI works with procurement, sourcing, compliance and operations teams at global brands and retailers. Its systems support supplier programs spanning more than 10,000 factories in over 50 countries.
The company said its work focuses on AI agents configured with each customer’s operating context to address specific supply chain problems, including audit review, certificate and document tracking, supplier questionnaire validation, corrective-action follow-up and purchase-order screening. The aim, it said, is to help teams apply AI to existing workflows and assess its value in practice.
The company said it already works with companies with a significant supply chain presence in Europe and that the London office will place staff closer to those customers. The location in Tech City places it among London’s concentration of AI startups and research groups. Elm AI said it is hiring in New York and London alongside a distributed team worldwide, supported in part by recently raised capital.
