Waterhouse Brands LLC, a life sciences brand reputation agency that helps companies build competitive advantage by aligning brand, culture and communications, today announced the appointments of Allison Myers as Group Director and Allie Nicodemo as Account Director, further expanding the firm’s strategic brand and scientific communications, public relations and digital marketing capabilities. The additions of Myers and Nicodemo reflect the agency’s continued investment in experienced senior counsel at a time when corporate communications teams are asked to do more with less, despite greater scrutiny from stakeholders.
“Today, life sciences companies realize that strong science alone does not guarantee that investors, partners, employees or future customers will understand what makes a company distinctive or valuable,” said Kimberly Kraemer, Founder, CEO and Chief Brand Strategist of Waterhouse. “Waterhouse teams are purpose-built with the expertise and experience necessary to help clients build momentum and trust across business strategy, brand, culture and communications. The addition of Allison and Allie further strengthens our creative bench towards this purpose.”
Myers expands Waterhouse’s senior leadership presence in the San Francisco Bay Area, while Nicodemo strengthens the agency’s growing Boston team. Waterhouse launched its East Coast communications practice in 2025 with the appointment of Terri Clevenger as Head of Integrated Communications.
As Group Director, Myers will serve as a senior strategic partner to Waterhouse’s account teams and clients, with a particular focus on connecting corporate brand and reputation to commercial strategy. She brings more than 20 years of experience helping biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device companies navigate pivotal moments, including first commercial launches, corporate rebrands, market expansion and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Waterhouse, Myers founded a boutique life sciences consultancy focused on commercialization strategy and brand development. Previously, she held senior leadership positions at Inizio Evoke and Fingerpaint Marketing, where she guided clients across the commercialization journey. Earlier in her career, she led marketing initiatives at Cochlear Americas, including the launch of an implantable hearing system. Her experience includes successful first commercializations such as Rigel Pharmaceuticals’ Tavalisse® and Alcresta Therapeutics’ expanded indication for RELiZORB®, along with award-winning work recognized by the AAO Best KOL Engagement Awards and PM360.
“Reputation is built through every interaction a company has with its stakeholders, and that holistic view allows us to align strategy, storytelling and culture to create lasting competitive advantage,” said Myers. “I look forward to partnering with companies through critical inflection points and helping them realize the full potential of their brand.”
As Account Director, Nicodemo advises biotechnology and life sciences companies around corporate narratives, executive communications and integrated brand strategies that strengthen reputation and support business growth. With more than a decade of experience in science communications and corporate affairs, she specializes in translating complex scientific innovation into clear, compelling stories for investors, media, employees and industry stakeholders.
Before joining Waterhouse, Nicodemo led corporate affairs initiatives at Schrödinger, working closely with executive leadership to shape the company’s thought leadership strategy and media engagement. She previously served as Communications Director at The Forsyth Institute, where she built a communications and marketing function to elevate scientific research, fundraising and organizational priorities. She began her career as a science journalist, developing a passion for making cutting-edge science accessible to broad audiences.
“To be successful in today’s fast-paced communications environment, companies have to both understand and clearly connect their science with future impact to create and maintain stakeholder interest. I’m excited to apply my skills as a science communicator to elevate the reputation of Waterhouse’s clients,” said Nicodemo.
Waterhouse has also added Anna Rei Brun and Sindhu Ananthavel, strengthening the firm’s digital marketing and social media expertise as clients seek more sophisticated, data-informed stakeholder engagement across an increasingly fragmented information landscape.
